Scaling Back

I wish there wasn't double meaning to the title of this post, but I digress. One thing that I have learned NOT to live without in the kitchen is a food scale. I use this old ghetto one I stole from my mom, but it does its job and we have a wonderful loving relationship (me and my mom and me and the scale, to be clear).
