In other news, I’m creating a hip hop workout right now and I think it’s going to be ridiculously fun. Here’s a preview of a few of the tunes I’m using:

This stuff is my jam. I’m so excited to get to create this class and share the fun with other people because not a day goes by that I don’t miss dancing with Synergy back in college. Example:
