My breakfast cookie is smiling back at The Fitnessista's from Tuesday. In the bowl?
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds
- 1 tbsp almond butter (raw crunchy! so good!)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin
- cinnamon
- splash o'milk
- 1 tsp carob chips for smiley face
I expected this combo to rock my world, but sadly it is just average (apart from the smiley face - it smiles because it is Friday). I think I really like applesauce in my breakfast cookies these days!
Not to worry - look what came in the mail yesterday!
And just after I expounded to the internets on my love for Jillian Michaels DVDs! (Plus maybe I pre-ordered them...) SO excited to try them out - you will be hearing from me when I do.
