Trying to think of a title for this post that cleverly played on the word "Twitter," I almost (quite lewdly) called it, "To hear the twitter-tw@tter of little tweets..." I decided against it. And then told you about it. I fail at being classy.
Well anyway, since I'm allowed to write for more than 140 characters here (thank GOD), I figured I'd letcha know that I gave in and signed up for Twitter, and you can see my updates at right, just above "About Me." Bear with me while I get in the groove of tweeting regularly. I forgive you if you don't want to follow me. After all, I will be the first to admit that the word "tweet" conjures images of having a mother bird regurgitating food into her babies' mouths. Surely that is not a welcome image for a food blog.
That said, let me know if you too do the tweet-tweet dance and I will gladly stalkImeanfollow you.

I am on there, it automatically updates whenever I publish a new blog entry. In turn, that automatically updates my facebook status!

Lesley, I'm not sure if you're missing out, but I am enjoying the aspect of twitter that it updates to my blog automatically, meaning when I do a real blog post, I'm not having to try and remember every single thing that happened that day that I wanted to mention here. Sort of a stream of consciousness add-on to blogging - that's what I'm using it for.
That said, I can see how this will become addictive... :o/

Twitter is a lot cooler than i thought it would be. Except for the day this southern lady started yelling at me because I asked if she disliked Obama (she was always writing nasty tweets about him) and she called me a hating liberal. Sigh. @MPfennighaus
I just don't understand the whole twitter thing and frankly, I think tweet is an inside slang joke between the creators of twitter ;)
