- I like to get creative with what I eat, while keeping it as healthy as possible. I'm what They call a flexitarian, which in my case means that I am a habitual vegetarian but do not deliberately exclude meat and animal products. I rarely buy meat to cook myself, though I enjoy it without guilt when the spirit moves me. This is where I post the stuff that floats my proverbial boat. I'm glad you and your roommate made it to Disneyworld (land?) safely! I've never been there before so be sure to do everything twice, once for you, once for me.
