Last night, I showed you pictures of a raw carrot cake in progress. Well, Aimee just sent me photos of my cake in all its displayed glory at Sun In Bloom.
It's a good kind of torture.
Looks like it turned out edible indeed. I'm a proud mama. :)Off to brainstorm Sun In Bloom's next raw treat! Word on the street via Twitter is that they've already cranked out a raw chocolate chai cake in the meantime. Ooh la la!
