About Me

My photo
Diana
I like to get creative with what I eat, while keeping it as healthy as possible. I'm what They call a flexitarian, which in my case means that I am a habitual vegetarian but do not deliberately exclude meat and animal products. I rarely buy meat to cook myself, though I enjoy it without guilt when the spirit moves me. This is where I post the stuff that floats my proverbial boat. You can see my old blog, which is all about my year teaching English in China (2005-2006), at http://chinabrog.blogspot.com
